CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All payments for online events are currently non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a future event or to another eligible participant within 12 months of your original event date.
To be eligible for a transfer, requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event start time through the contact form on our website or by replying to one of our emails.
The first transfer is free. Subsequent transfers require a £40 payment. A maximum of three transfers is permitted.
